Write into your Heart: An Expressive Writing Workshop

This is an inner intensive to Access, Honor, and Empower the Voice of your Heart. We will access the voice of our heart through expressive writing exercises as well as the learning and practice of two valuable listening skills. A series of exercises will also help us access our true feelings which continually ask for expression. Our feelings empower our voice.
With the aid of additional expressive writing exercises we will honor the voice of our Heart by giving it permission to speak as well as listening to it with compassion and empathy. We will honor it as the expression of our sacred self. This honoring is without criticism, condemnation, conflict, or punishment.
We empower the voice of our heart through the practice of accessing and honoring it. The voice of our heart is empowered through the intentional expression of our true feelings. An empowered voice creates safety, opens communication, and brings healing at all levels of relationship.
