In these classes, we will work towards developing our connection with Spirit to receive guidance for ourselves and others. We will discuss different ways spirit may try to get our attention, tools and techniques you may find helpful, and what universal/objective and personal/subjective symbols are and learn how to decipher these to get the messages Spirit is sending. There will be plenty of time to practice readings (please bring along a deck of angel or other cards that have detailed pictures, if you have them).

Teen Yoga
Looking to try yoga but not sure where to begin? Feel out of place in typical yoga classes or not wanting to hang out with moms?! This class is for you! Welcome all high school aged students looking to relax & unwind on a Friday evening before meeting up with friends (or bring your friends to class). Move your bodies and work up a sweat in a fun and new way. We will “flow” learn yoga poses or “Asanas” and even do a little meditation all while listening to good music and chill covers. Be prepared to play, learn, enjoy and feel GOOD this summer! Yoga helps with anxiety, stress, overall mood, flexibility, injuries, cross training for sports, proper sleep, focus, digestion, posture, and sooo much more. Learn and dive deeper into a practice you can keep with you for a lifetime.

Join us for an evening to virtually gather and share about how COVID has affected your own grief. Many bereaved people are feeling re-triggered by stories of loved ones dying alone, where families are unable to say goodbye, or by the shock of seeing so many people suffering.

PLEASE REGISTER HERE. You will be sent a zoom link via email prior to workshop. Please have a candle available to light during this session.

Due to popular demand, Gary will once again be offering this special workshop on Coping with the Holidays. If you weren’t able to attend the last one, make sure to register!
Holidays mark the passage of time in our lives. They are part of the milestones we share with each other. But since holidays are for being with those we love the most, how on earth can anyone be expected to cope with them when a loved one has died? For many people, this is the hardest part of grieving, when we miss our loved ones even more than usual. How can you celebrate togetherness when there is none? When you have lost someone special, your world losses its celebratory qualities. Holidays only magnify the loss. The sadness feels sadder and the loneliness goes deeper. The need for support may be the greatest during the holidays. You can and will get through the holidays. Rather than avoiding the feelings of grief, lean into them. It is not the grief you want to avoid, it is the pain. Grief is the way out of the pain. There are a number of ways to incorporate your loved one and your loss into the holidays.
