In these classes, we will work towards developing our connection with Spirit to receive guidance for ourselves and others. We will discuss different ways spirit may try to get our attention, tools and techniques you may find helpful, and what universal/objective and personal/subjective symbols are and learn how to decipher these to get the messages Spirit is sending. There will be plenty of time to practice readings (please bring along a deck of angel or other cards that have detailed pictures, if you have them).

Looking to try yoga but not sure where to begin? Feel out of place in typical yoga classes or not wanting to hang out with moms?! This class is for you!
