Expressive Writing For Inspiration and Clarity
Ned Arvidson, Saturday 10am-1pm. Investment: $35 per person – REGISTER HERE
In this three-hour expressive writing workshop you will be led through a series of writing exercises which will help you tap into the inspiration of your heart and lead you on with increased clarity. I invite you to join me in the safe and sacred context of Expressive Writing.
Our purpose is to enter the process of expressive writing and allow the process to redirect our focus away from daily distractions to the call of our heart. When we honor the call of our heart the natural energy of inspiration arrives to empower us with clarity. Come refresh yourself by splashing around in the rivers of inspiration. Absolutely no experience is required.About Ned: As an Expressive Arts Facilitator, Ned is dedicated to championing your full potential for authentic self-expression. Ned describes “Expressive Arts” as heart opening modalities which support us in discovering, exploring, becoming, and expressing who we really are. Ned facilitates expressive art, writing, sound, and movement to empower his participants to live their lives as a free and unrestrained flow of being who they really are.Ned has been leading workshops on self-discovery and authenticity since 2009. His workshops support participants in quieting the voices which want to pressure us into being what we are not. His goal is to help his participants shed the frustration of suppressing who they really are by connecting with the inspiration and energy of their natural self. All of life’s experiences including formal education and training, his journey into depression, and his recovery from depression have influenced Ned’s heart centered approach in offering safe and sacred space for discovering and empowering your full potential for wholehearted authenticity.B.S.
