FRIDAY, MAY 20, 2016, 10am – 4pm – Register at 781-936-8068

Please join us for our bereavement retreat on Friday, May 20, 2016, 10am – 4pm. The retreat is for those seniors in the Kingston community who are dealing with grief and loss. The day offers a holistic approach to dealing with loss, combining the traditional support group session with wellness treatments. The goal is to help people cope with loss and to support their physical and emotional well-being. Grief is both physical and emotional, so in addition to traditional support they will benefit from meditation and treatments, such as reiki, chair massage and reflexology.

This effort is a partnership between the Kingston Council on Aging and Hope Floats. The retreat will take place on site at Hope Floats Healing & Wellness Center, 4 Elm St, Kingston.

To reserve your spot contact Hope Floats at 781.936.8068 or the Kingston Council On Aging, 781.585.0511. You can also sign up at the front desk at Kingston Council On Aging, 30 Evergreen St, Kingston. The retreat is open to 14 participants.
