We cannot save ourselves from the sorrow that is part of life. Each one of us will be called on at different times to face loss and oftentimes we close our hearts to protect ourselves. However, “ungrieved” loss can take a toll on our hearts and can deaden us to life. Grief is the one emotion & experience that can completely empties, transforms and expands us. Please join me a very compassionate and supportive setting as we explore how to trust the rhythms of loss, how we can we gather our hearts back to ourselves, and how we can we tap the power of grief to transform our lives, open our hearts, and awaken us to a deeper participation in the world. Sounding, imagery and discussion will be utilized.

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED. ONLINE REGISTRATION & PAYMENT can be made on our Events Page or our website. For more information contact Hope Floats at 781-936-8068 ext.1.  No Credits or Refunds ~ (Given only if the event is cancelled or at the discretion of the Hope Floats Director)

BIO: Cindy Barg, M.Ed, LMHC, Intuitive Psychotherapist
Website: www.gettingbeyondlifestuff.com
I have been privy to some of the most profound moments of joy and pain in this lifetime. In essence, I am still continuing to unfold and with more humility to boot. As a published author, public speaker, intuitive healer and licensed psychotherapist, specializing in grief and loss for over 22 years, I am continually and deeply moved by my clients’ abilities to transcend emotional despair into a glorious transformation of self-love. When we are faced with loss and the unspeakable, hope appears unattainable. Life ‘s lessons come to us a as a way of resistance. Often what we fear and are most sorrowful about offers us the motivation to live on. If you are willing to stretch, I will help you to go beyond your limitations, regardless of your circumstances. You will release the shadows of your pain and your past in order to harness your authenticity. The goal: To live life purposely and with hope.
We will co-create together in a very compassionate & nonjudgmental where we will utilize self-evaluation exercises, discussion, introspection counseling, deep reflection, journaling, meditation and more. You will ultimately reclaim a very loving connection to yourself while making peace with your pain. I invite you to invest yourself, step out, let go and be loved & nurtured to a higher level of meaning in your life. I look forward to working with you.
