Shannon Burrington is an Accredited Certified Coach, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Facilitator and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner. With over 38 years of experience, she has coached, mentored or trained hundreds of people to achieve success managing their challenging life changes, their time, and their personal goals by eliminating limiting habits of thought and barriers. She shares her experience and insights with you while empowering you to achieve your unique and personal goals.

Shannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics from the State University of New York and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the American University. She earned her Life Coach certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF) through Institute for Professional Coaching Excellence (iPEC). Shannon studied the Emotional Freedom Techniques with Jan L. Watkins through EFTUniverse. Additionally, as a Master Practitioner, she is certified to administer and coach her clients through the iPEC Energy Leadership Index Assessment TM system and Law of Being TM program.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is like acupressure for emotions and is commonly called “tapping” because the central feature of EFT involves tapping with your fingertips on acupuncture points on your body.

Meeting the criteria for evidence-based treatments proposed by Division 12 of the American Psychological Association (APA), EFT is currently being used by the United States Veterans Administration for veterans suffering Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PSTD) and is substantially effective in reducing or eliminating stress, emotional and physical pain as well as bouts of severe depression.

As we tap, shifts begin to happen in the brain.

Shannon facilitates and trains you to tap on your “acupoints” to;

  • move blocked energy that could collect and lead to illness and disease
  • release negative habits-of-thought which lead to life-habits that are not life-affirming such as
    • weight gain,
    • smoking or sugar addiction
    • communication and relationship challenges
