Come make some beautiful noise with Karla & Tricia. You don’t have to be a musician, or even have instruments. Drums, rattles, bowls, bells, etc. will be available to share. (If you have one, feel free to bring it with you). Sound can be used to help heal inner emotions, express ones feelings and to find your inner voice.
